Fuimos el finde de pascuas a festejar los 60 años de mi viejo con toda la familia, en total 10 personas y nos hicieron pasar un feriado hermoso. Desde que llegamos, hasta que nos fuimos solo recibimos buena atención.
Cuando ingresamos fuimos recibidos por Ludmila en recepción muy amorosa, simpática que nos ubicó rápidamente en las habitaciones y nos ofreció el almuerzo.
El personal siempre con una sonrisa y ofreciendo la mejor atención.
La cocina del lugar abierta hasta las 23:30hs, platos ricos, abundantes y económicos.
Desayuno impecable, vistas hermosas, pileta realmente climatizada y la limpieza de las instalaciones 10 puntos.

Nos hospedamos 5 noches, la habitación era amplia, cómoda y limpia. El desayuno es completo, los empleados son muy buena onda. La pileta climatizada y una vista increíble al lago.
El único punto a mejorar es que le falta servicio de frigobar .

La experiencia fue realmente muy linda. Es un lugar muy bien cuidado lo único que lamento es no haber podido reservar otra noche más ya no quedaba lugar. Desde el primer momento destaco la atención del personal: había avisado por teléfono que llegaría a cierta hora y finalmente me retrasé, pero aun así me estaban esperando con la mejor predisposición y amabilidad, algo que se valora muchísimo cuando uno llega cansado de viajar. Además, cené en su restaurante y fue una experiencia excelente. La comida, los platos, la presentación y la atención estuvieron impecables. Sin exagerar, uno de los restaurantes más lindos que conocí en Bariloche: todo muy rico, bien pensado y con un ambiente realmente agradable. A dream place
My wife and I stayed for 4 nights at the Sol del Nahuel. The hotel is located almost on the lake, so the views of the Nahuel Huapi from the rooms are incredible. The hotel has relatively few rooms, so it is completely quiet. I would like to highlight the level of service; all the hotel staff we had to interact with were friendly, attentive, and very pleasant at all times. It has a spa that we took advantage of after walking all day. It consists of an indoor/outdoor heated pool, a jacuzzi, and a dry and wet sauna (for the latter two, you must notify them if you want to use them so they can turn them on). Unfortunately, there was a serious problem with the pool during the day of our last night. I really appreciate that all the guests received a call informing us of the problem (in addition to genuinely conveying how bad they felt about the inconvenience). Problems exist, but how they are faced and resolved sometimes makes the difference; at least for us, the fact that they called to let us know was very important. I know that the people who were staying for more nights were offered access to another spa at a nearby hotel; in our case, we were already leaving. There is a restaurant in the hotel that is really very good. The best hotel I have stayed at lately.
The stay at this hotel was wonderful. The garden over the lake with the wooden armchairs offers a dreamlike view. The pools, both indoor and outdoor with heated water, are a true delight, and if you accompany it with Soledad's massages, it is total relaxation. The attention and cordiality of everyone make one feel at home. The food at the restaurant is excellent; there was no need to leave the hotel to eat. The abundant and tasty breakfast with the view of the lake was enough to make you not want to leave there. In fact, I stayed inside the hotel for a long time. The location is unbeatable. The magic of traveling...
It has a good location, since almost all bus lines pass through Bustillo, and it is accessible for Uber transport. The service is very good; they make you feel at home, the staff's attention is top-notch. The room I was assigned has a view of the lake, and its facilities exceed your expectations. Great choice

Beautiful place! The people are super welcoming, the hotel is quiet, the pool is perfect, the restaurant food is delicious, and every room is very comfortable and has beautiful views. We enjoyed the place a lot, I highly recommend it!!
